Japanese Rpg Maker Vx Rtp
Rpg Maker Vx Ace Rtp
The Hospital tiles I made for a game of mine. I already had it shared on tumblr but I figured I would share it here as well.
Edit:
Via Liberty's reminder: Credits to Enterbrain, Mack (the large body sprites), and Quizicalgin.
'There's at least some RTP edits in there, which will require that you cannot use the graphics commercially unless it is in an RM engine that you legally own AND only if you also own RPG Maker VX Ace in addition to the engine you're using them in. So, for example, if you only own VX and want to make a commercial game that includes these images, it would be illegal to do so.'

So to reiterate, you can only use these sprites commercially if you're using them in the VX Ace. If your game is freeware, you should be fine.
Also thank you Marrend for telling me how to get to the edit button. ; w ;
Edit 2:
'No, you have to own VX Ace. As long as you have the license for VX Ace, you can use them in any RPG Maker you legally own, but having the rights to VX Ace is the key.'
